A Regional Manager is needed to oversee and manage seed production activities at multiple facilities in the Midwest.  More demand, more acres, and more staff is what is driving this new job in seed corn production.  You will be managing field and area managers and will report to Senior Management.  This is a position where you will be working to determine needed acreage to meet demand, making sure growers and acreage are secured, and overseeing quality control reporting direct to the customer.  This is primarily a corn production position, but it could have similar responsibilities in soybeans.  You will work directly with Plant Managers to determine equipment needs and upgrades to increase production levels.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in seed corn production, a four-year agriculture degree, experience in ISO and safety procedures, a good business head, and a positive mental attitude.  This company has a long track record in the seed industry and will provide you with a family-oriented environment, options for professional growth, and the freedom to do your job.

$70-80,000 based upon your level of experience and benefits.  Contact Jim Fleming.
