A Seed Corn Field Manager is needed at two locations in the Midwest, one in central Illinois and the other in western Iowa.  This job is primarily responsible for all activities in the field as it relates to growing seed corn.  You are responsible for securing acreage and growers, monitor all field activities, and track all seed to verify it is meeting all quality levels as set by the customer.  This is primarily an outside job and will require you to walk seed fields. You will also have time in the office where you will upload scouting and quality information to the customer's database.

This is an ideal job for someone who has had a minimum of two years experience producing seed corn and who has a two- or four-year degree in agriculture.  A farm background and a clean driving record are necessary, and you must be driven to produce a quality product.  The company can offer you a family-oriented environment, freedom to accomplish your job, and the potential to advance within the company.
