An experienced candidate is needed to manage a seed production territory in north central indiana.  This job is a combination of in the field and in the seed plant work and will consist of grower relations, scouting, scheduling, mapping, detasseling, and managing personnel both in the field and in the plant.  This position is ideal for someone who enjoys seed production and is tired of the corporate bureaucracy in the larger companies.  This company  thrives on simplicity and efficiency.

Company desires a candidate with a minimum of four years seed production experience.  You must be organized and be able to communicate well electronically and orally and be able to professionally present yourself to the customer.  

Company is expecting excellent growth with stability and longevity.  Great benefits coupled to good pay and options for bonus and profit sharing make this a very attractive job.  $48-60,000.  Contact Jim Fleming.
