An experienced seed production person is needed to work near Madison, Wisconsin, focusing primarily on seed corn production.  You will be working direct with growers assisting with hybrid selection. field observations, detasseling, rogueing, processing, quality control, settlements, shipping, problem solving, and evaluation.  This is a multi-faceted job and will be a combination of inside and outside work, plus people management with agricultural inseason extended hours.  This company is highly profitable and consistently recognized for their quality product.  The company places value on employee input and is always looking for ways to improve.  Continued expansion and growth is expected.  Professional advancement is likely and possible within the company.

The company requires you to have a BS degree in agronomy, crops and soils or related field, plus three years of infield seed production experience.  A CCA is highly preferred. You must be open-minded, flexible, and have excellent electronic, written, and verbal skills.
