An Illinois accounting firm needs a Senior Level Accounting Manager / Partner  at a location in central Illinois to work with agricultural clients.

This person must have an in-depth knowledge of an accounting firm and have expertise in a specialized area of practice. He/she must have experience working with agricultural clients for a public accounting firm or in an agricultural setting. This person will assist with partners, develop executive level relationships with clients, make decisions for the firm, oversee the organization's marketing, and be a technical expert. The ideal candidate will be experienced, be a team player, have a book of business contacts, be self-motivated, be ambitious, and be goal-oriented.

Experience needed is about 10 years with a degree in accounting or finance and a CPA license. He / She will be a speaker for events, develop business, and represent this well-respected and growing firm.

Salary will depend on this candidate's experience, but will be in the $80-100,000 range with wonderful company benefits and incentives.
