A "super" salesperson is needed to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team for a wholesale agronomy company. The company sells a full line up of crop protection products to agronomy retail companies in three states. Your job is to generate a higher level of retained earnings and increase market share by marketing the company's strengths and services. This job is destined to become the General Manager of the division.
The best candidate for this job will be someone with 5 - 10 years successful sales management experience with crop protection products, a BS in agriculture or a related discipline, a strong business acumen, leadership, and motivational abilities. The company will provide you the tools to be successful but will allow you to function and operate autonomously. This company is very family and agriculture focused.
Should you be hired, you will receive a competitive salary, plus bonus based upon retained earnings, benefits, bonus, and vehicle. You will need to live in central Illinois. $75-85,000. Contact Jim Fleming.
