Agricultural construction company is seeking a Millwright / Maintenance professional in northern Illinois who is skilled in construction management (new projects and updates), repairs, and maintenance.  The successful candidate must be a trusted leader with good character who can lead other people and train and teach lesser experienced workers.  Most work will be within driving distance of the company's base.  Very few overnights away from home will be required.

Candidates must be able to climb, be willing to work high in the air in all types of weather, enjoy being hands on using the tools of the trade, be able to weld, and have a valid CDL to drive a service truck.  A heavy equipment background (cranes, lifts, endloaders, etc.) and any type of electrical knowledge / experience are beneficial but not required.  Candidates must have an optimistic "can-do" attitude and desire to work efficiently every day to meet project goals.
