Candidates must have eight or more years of experience as a millwright in a leadership role in the grain industry.  Daily responsibilities include reviewing project plans, determining manpower needs for projects, interfacing with schedulers to assure sites are properly staffed, supporting site foreman and / or superintendent to resolve issues, hiring additional crew members as needed, conducting multiple site visits, and trouble shooting problems with material handling projects.  Candidates must work well with site superintendents and owners.   Building the respect of peers, exercising sound judgment in decision making, and resolving issues that arise in the field are of high importance.  Sixty percent travel.  Midwest.  $70,000+ plus bonus and benefits.  Contact Genny Six.
