Highly successful agricultural equipment company needs an Assistant Service Manager to assist with the management of all service related responsibilities.  Candidates must be excellent communicators, highly organized, and able to follow through with a variety of daily demands.

A key responsibility of this job will be communicating with customers and giving guidance to Service Technicians to keep things on task.  The successful candidate must also take care of the paper work associated with service work, promote safety, and be willing to work extended hours and half days on Saturdays when needed during the Spring and Fall busy seasons.

It is essential that this person be skilled in managing people and time and have a good general knowledge of agriculture.  Mechanical background does not have to be agricultural, but that would be a plus.  $40-50,000 BOE plus excellent benefits and bonus program with opportunity for significant growth.  Central Illinois.  Contact Dave Allen.
