Multi-location farm equipment dealership is adding staff and needs personable and aggressive individuals to join their team to sell farm machinery direct to the farmer.  This position utilizes consultative sales.  You will be building relationships with the farmer.  You will learn their operation and be able to offer equipment solutions to help with their efficiency and productivity.  Company will take a look at new college grads or experienced candidates.  You must have a good personality and be able to comprehend the needs of the customer.  You must be customer focused.  You need a mechanical aptitude and have a first hand working knowledge of farm equipment.  Company pays a base salary with a lucrative commission schedule, benefits, a vehicle.  $30-35,000.  Southwest Wisconsin.  Contact Jim Fleming.
