0447 Grain Accounting Software and Customer Support - Illinois ACFI-XMDAGL

Industry leading agricultural software company is seeking a Grain Accounting Software Support team member.  Qualified individuals will have a strong customer service background, including articulate speech and outstanding telephone skills.  Candidates must have a strong grain work experience (including settling accounts and running DPR reports) as they will be assisting customers with questions about software usage and trouble-shooting customer issues. Computer skills including  familiarity with MS Office products and XP operating system are helpful.
